A Complete AchieveNJ Solution

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

AchieveNJ requires districts to merge teacher practice with student measures into a summative rating for educators. While the components and weighting allow for some district flexibility, all models must merge teacher practice with SGO’s and/or SGP’s (if applicable). A comprehensive data collection and management plan will save time, limit risk and provide insight into what teacher actions and characteristics are producing the largest achievement gains. Performance Matters is an expert in multi-measure teacher effectiveness. The firm offers a complete solution to manage the AchieveNJ process, including a built-in SGO module, resulting in accurate calculations and providing formative support for educators.
